What areas do you serve?

We serve the areas of South Florida, Northern New Jersey, and Central Florida. Getting married somewhere else? No problem – we love to travel to other places! We’ve filmed in a host of other places like Pennsylvania, the Gulf Coast of Florida, and the Bahamas.

Will you travel to our wedding?

We will gladly travel anywhere in the world. Travel fees may apply for certain weddings and will include our transportation and lodging expenses.

My wedding is in New Jersey / Central Florida and your main office is in Miami. Are there travel fees?

Nope! Northern New Jersey and Central Florida are the areas we are proud to serve, and while we build our networks and relationships in those areas, we commute from our main office in Miami at our expense.

Do you offer discounts?

We offer small discounts for non-Saturday weddings and for weddings that take place within 15 miles of our Miami office. When we send you a proposal, these discounts will automatically be included.

We’re ready to book. What now?

Schedule an in-person or Skype consultation with our creative director, Andrew. We love getting to know our clients so we can more effectively tell their stories. Andrew will guide you through what we do and answer any additional questions you may have.

How long does editing take?

Editing time varies based on your particular wedding and the package you select. Typically, it takes six to eight weeks for us to edit. If you’re ever curious how it’s going, just send us an e-mail and we’ll let you know!

Will we have any input on the editing?

Yes! We want you to be completely satisfied, so you will have the opportunity to review and critique our work before anything is finalized. Don’t like how you look in a particular shot? We’ll swap it out for a better one! Prefer not to use part of the best man’s speech that was included? We can change that too. Is that pesky aunt of yours appearing too many times? Poof! We’ll take her out!

What about music?

We proudly license all of the music used in our Trailers through Music Bed, a music licensing service created specifically with wedding films in mind. While music selection is up to you, it must be selected from that which is available on Music Bed. We can also provide you with guides and suggested lists to help you pick the best music. For the Feature Film, we typically use music that we heard at your wedding.

I don’t like any of the music on Music Bed. Are there any other options?

We get this question a lot, and it’s a completely reasonable one! If you prefer not to use the music that’s available for us to license through Music Bed, just let us know. We can still create an incredible wedding film for you using the music you prefer, but there will just be a few minor restrictions when it comes to how the film can be shared online.

Do you also do photography?

We do not offer any photography services, however we work closely with a number of extraordinary photographers that provide excellent service at a wide range of price points. Let us know if you’re looking for a photographer and we’ll point you in the right direction!

Do you have insurance?

We have $2M in liability insurance and can provide proof of insurance upon request. If your venue requires the additional insured notation, there will be a fee of $150.
